Common questions
FAQ
- Are the boards rideable, or display only?
- Both. Every longboard is built on a real deck with hardware and can be ridden. Many collectors choose to display them — that's why we ship with a wall mount on request.
- How long does a commission take?
- Two to six weeks depending on the size and the resin schedule. Resin needs time to cure between pours, so we never rush a piece.
- Why is there no price on most pieces?
- Each piece is one of none. Pricing depends on materials sourced, hours invested, and whether the piece is rideable, displayable, or furniture. We always quote before you commit.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. Boards and small objects ship worldwide via insured courier. Furniture-scale pieces are quoted per destination.
- Can I commission a copy of an existing piece?
- We don't reproduce. We can build a new piece in the same theme or palette, but it will be its own one-of-none — sister, not twin.
- What if my piece arrives damaged?
- Every shipment is insured. Photograph the box and the piece on arrival, send us the images, and we handle the claim and the repair.
